After the ceramic shell is completed, the wax models are melted in special furnaces, leaving hollow molds behind. These molds are then fired at high temperatures to become ready for casting.
The molten metal, based on the required alloy, is poured into the prepared molds. The liquid metal completely fills the mold cavity and cools under controlled conditions to shape the part.

Our experienced engineering team manufactures molds tailored to the part needs using CAD/CAM-assisted systems. Wax injection is performed with precision to produce exact copies of the part model.
At Safir Precision Casting, each wax model produced through wax injection is carefully connected to form a central structure, creating a casting tree (cluster). This setup prepares the models for the ceramic coating process. The cluster creation process is carefully planned to ensure an even and balanced distribution of molten metal during casting, enhancing the quality and enabling multiple parts to be cast at once.

These heat treatment procedures, conducted in our high-temperature controlled furnaces, ensure reliability and longevity for parts used in defense, automotive, and energy sectors. After heat treatment, quality control checks are carried out to ensure each part meets the required specifications.

The obtained parts are then sent for the initial deburring and surface cleaning process.
